I started my office cleaning business in 2002. It was originally called COLLINS CLEANERS.

What do I provide? I provide CLEAN.

I specialize in complete office sanitization and janitorial services. It has been my intention from day one to provide the very best office cleaning service...BAR NONE!! I started out in the cleaning business in 1988 as a janitor dedicating thousands of hours to the trade, working side by side with excellent mentors and trainers. I time, my dedication to qualityand excellence allowed me to rise through the ranks to become a team leader, supervisor, trainer and eventually an operations manager for large-scale building service companies. I've worked for some of the largest and most successful janitorial companies in Canada, but I continually saw (and implemented) better ways to get the job done and meet and exceed our client's needs. Too often, however, I witnessed many customer's concerns and needs NOT being met and far too many cleaning companies who brag about their "great service", yet continue to provide a very low quality service. That is something that has always bothered me. Now, as then, it troubles me to see clients receive such poor service... so I started my own company with one objective: to provide my clients with 100% satisfaction and exemplary service.

So, how do you choose a "great" cleaning service, one that actually desires to please the customer and provide REAL solutions? It is not easy to find a service that "understands", let alone "delivers", top notch service. Shouldn't a service business understand AND provide excellent service?

I believe that MY cleaning service is one of the very few that keeps the customer as the main focus of the business. After all, it's the client whom we serve, that makes our business exists. Without the customer, there's no reason for the service! I also hold the philosophy that "If I don't take of the customer, someone else will."
